Our helpdesk is always open for our clients. We have the ability to remote into a computer and fix issues as well as offering support via our ticket system.

Our ticket system is also available over the weekend, so in the event our phone lines are closed you can create a ticket allowing us to respond first thing the following day.

Unique support contracts

There’s no Bronze, Silver or Gold contracts. All of our contracts are tailored specifically for your business needs; as every business is different. We have a simple pay as you go, or a monthly contract depending on which route you want to go down.

We deal in both ways. Remotely and on-site. Our expert team can visit on site in order to do installs and network checks etc, we can also provide remote IT support.
